Glamping with Pets

Glamping with Pets

We all love pets and we all love holidays, but it’s always been hard to find nice places to stay that will also accommodate your furry family member. That is, of course, until Glamping with Pets  rode into town. The one-stop-shop for all things to do with holidaying with pets, these guys are also the world’s number one booking site for pet-friendly holiday rentals, but with a fantastic twist. Just look at the name: Glamping with Pets. “What is glamping?” you may ask. Well, if you combine the words (and concepts) of glamour and camping, you get glamping; a unique way of immersing yourself into a natural landscape full of beauty, without leaving behind the comforts of home.

Fantastic! This is a new site to me. When we have looked into taking our dog glamping with us we’ve found a lot of places don’t accept dogs too. It’s a shame because we enjoy outdoor holidays with a tiny bit of luxury thrown in!

I know, it’s a shame not being able to take pets along, especially on an outdoorsy type holiday. Hopefully this will help a few people find dog friendly sites.

We’ve taken our dog away in the tent – which he liked and quickly accepted as his home from home – but not elsewhere. I’ve been checking out glamping sites like Canopy and Stars, but obviously not everywhere on their list takes dogs 🙁

Hopefully it’ll help having a few dog friendly sites in one place. Camping and glamping are such great holidays for the whole family-including pets!

Ohh I will check out the site! We have glamped with our lab Hugo actually. We tend to take him just about everwhere! But its great to find new places. If you need any recommendations, we have stayed in pet friendly shepherds hut in the lakes ‘Herdy Huts’ now at Rydal and in a Show Mans Wagon at ‘Spring Park’ in Cornwall. Both were wonderful.:)

They sound amazing! That’s the best thing about camping/glamping-it’s great for the whole family even the furry ones!
